I still wish they'd invested more effort into making Webforms a great MVP solution, but they wanted to compete with Rails, I guess. Now they are making a lot of noise about how WebForms is also great, but IMHO they've neglected it. I also agree that MVP can be much better, and works really well, but I also neglected my framework due to work commitments. I think there is still a lot that can be done to make it nice and easy, especially with the tools we've got now - like T4 templates. But I know there are also other frameworks now which are much better than mine, with teams who are actively working on them.
